Virginia Place is being developed by a Partnership between Southeast Capital Companies and Patrick Malloy Communities. It commenced construction in the 3rd quarter of 2014. Located at the intersection of Briarcliff Drive and Virginia Avenue, the community is within walking distance to Virginia Highland entertainment area, among other attractions.
